Q: Is my data shared with other customers?

No. Every Stinger PM account runs on its own dedicated server with its own database. Your files are stored in a private, isolated storage bucket that only your instance can access. No other customer can see or access your data.

Q: Is multi-factor authentication included?

Yes. Two-factor authentication is built in for every user at no extra cost. It's required for admin accounts and optional for all others. Choose the method that works for your team — authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) or a simple email code. No authenticator app required if your team prefers email.

Q: Is there an on-premise or self-hosted option?

Not currently. Stinger PM is cloud-hosted only. If self-hosting is a requirement for your organization, please contact us to discuss your needs.
